Best Ever! by happygal – 08/06/2011 “I will always call Afford-A-Rooter when I have any plumbing issues! I called many businesses prior. One of which was Applewood. They refused to give us a quote over the phone, even though we knew the issue was roots in the main drain, as we had dealt with this same issue many times. Applewood came out to look at the drain and gave us a ridiculous price to rooter it. We sent them on their way and contnued to get the same response of “no estimates over the phone” with every business, until we called Afford-A-Rooter. Trevor immediately gave me a quote. Not only that, he charged me the amount he had estimated! Even though the job took more effort than they planned, he assured me that as long as they finished within the hour, there would be no additional charge. This is Trevor’s family owned business and he is not trying to take advantage of others who don’t know any better. I’m SO happy!
